Everything was missing including headrests, jack, spare tire and floormats! The headlight was broken. They replaced it with an old busted one that got water in it when I washed it. And they wouldn't fix it! Terrible. Then said I was rude to the Rays Muffler place that replaced the headlight. I was NOT. Customer comes last with this dealer!

Called inquiring about a vehicle they had listed. Let them know I'd be traveling 200 miles from Idaho to check it out and that I needed to know the cars condition, quote, etc. Talked back and forth for a couple days was told the car was in great condition no issues. Drove 2 hours only to find a GIANT deep scratch along the entire side of the car like it had been keyed, the door seal falling off and sticking out every door, the radio display didnt work, the drivers side visor was missing etc. When I started asking about discounted pricing due to damages no one could tell me anything so I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me and he refused to see me. I said even though I drove 200 miles under false pretenses?? Still wouldnt see me or even consider talking about prices. Dont even bother wasting your time. I've never been treated so rudely in my life.

I was happily surprised by the way I was treated there. I was quickly helped and simply given the option to test drive what I wanted without being pushed to a different car or price. I got the car I wanted without being haggled. Darryl

i have been looking for cars all over my area through the internet and when I look at some of the cars through Carfax and some of the cars have owners and have been purchased in different states entirely
