I have had my fords serviced at this dealership for many years and i have never had a bad experience. All the service advisors greet you as soon as you walk in the door and just make you feel like they care about you and your vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Can't beat the service.

I stopped in to look around with little confidence I would find the right car without weeks of headaches and stress. Dustin Baron greeted me with a great attitude and made sure that wasn't the case. He was very patient with my pessimism and by the end his great attitude and professionalism took that pessimism away. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Great!

I purchased a vehicle from Auffenberg Ford North last month with the help of Jeff Gustafson. He was a very down to earth guy and made the car buying process painless. If someone I know is thinking about buying a car, I'm definitely sending them Jeff's way. I think what sets him apart from other sales people is that a week from and a month from when I drove off the lot he called me to see how everything was going and to see that I was still satisfied. I've purchased 4 other cars in my life and no other salesman has done that. Thanks Jeff!

Great Service

I had just had work done at a repair shop and my car was doing the same thing I took it in and just paid $400 to be repaired. A friend told me to take it to Auffenberg. Going in I was aggravated, but after the Service Manager calmed me down and explained my options, I was able to call my parents and decide what to do. He even got on the phone with my mom and explained it all to her. Thank you for going out of your way to help! I went in upset and left with my car fixed and a honest place to take my car!

My top let back

First let me start by saying that I'd been waiting a long time to purchase a convertible Mustang. This experience was pretty awesome although we had a little hang up with my convertible boot that wasn't in my car when it got dealer traded in Robert made sure he took care of me. The boot was not an Auffenberg issue but the dealership the traded them the car I will in the future bring my business back to the Auffenberg dealer group and a special thanks to you Robert...

Love our new truck!!

My husband and I absolutely love our new truck!! We recently purchased our Ford F-350 from Auffenberg Ford and it couldn't have gone any better. Our salesman Paul Frayer helped us out and answered all of our questions. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Auffenberg and I highly recommend Paul as your salesman
