First, they listen to what I needed. At first I was thinking used car , happily I went negotiate a new car at a price and terms I could afford. What else can I say,besides I got the car I wanted.

Great buying experience. Gene worked with us to completion of our purchase. Additionally has made himself available for any follow up concerns. Finance rep Danielle was great with no pressure on add ons.

Horrible.
Horrible. Unprofessional. I have been in line for service and heard employees loudly complaining about customers. I reported a rattle that occurred when on the highway and they told me they couldn’t hear it worsened and I finally got sick of dealing with them and got a different car from a different manufacturer. They frequently do not call when the car is finished being serviced. I tried another dealership in essington that was better, but just not as convenient. Avoid this place!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Gene at Springfield Hyundai. It was the exact opposite of every other interaction I’ve had at car dealerships in the past. Gene listened to what I wanted and the price I needed, and he made the whole experience quick & easy. Would highly recommend, particularly for women who don’t want to deal with mansplaining or pressure during the car buying experience. 10/10!

So again i have to ask you to stop having robo calls sent to me.the call says, press 2 if you want a call later,i don't press 2.A reply from what says the owner said it's confirmed i'm off the list.I talked to Alyssa 2 times asking her to take me off, she laughs.Since you can't be trusted to do the simple things how can you be trusted selling a car.Kindly get your useless employees to do their job

I wouldn’t refer anyone to Springfield Hyundai nor would I recommend anyone buy a Hyundai, they certainly do NOT stand behind their product. I can certainly see why they are one of the cheaper vehicles to buy because you get what you pay for. I recently had a problem with a seat and was totally floored that they didn’t stand behind their product and fix small tears in the uposlstry that should not have happened, this vehicle is a 2023 with only 20,000, there is no reason this happened except that the product is cheaply made. Again, extremely disappointed with Springfield Hyundai and Hyundai in general..should hav bought the Kia Sportage, that would be my recommendation to anyone!
