It was a fast efficient experience.

It was a fast efficient experience. I am not a techie. The car has lots of tech features but Gene has offered extensive tutorials to help me with it. Terrific!!

THIS IS ALL ON VIDEO.

THIS IS ALL ON VIDEO. Service manager, please check your cameras from 2/9/26. Walter very blatantly discriminates against women. He completely ignored me as I stood directly in front of him. He took other customers before me although I was there first. He asked who needed help, looked directly at me, and then literally helped everyone else in the room. He did not want to deal with a woman, obviously. Who knows how long I would have been ignored, if not for the sweet African American (his co-worker) lady speaking up for me. As if that's not bad enough, he then attempted to OVER CHARGE me. He thought since I was a dumb woman, I would not know what I was talking about. Luckily, I knew the correct price and told him what I would be paying. After I corrected him, he turned and walked away without saying one word to me. I will never do business there again.
