Quickest, simplest and most polite and non-pressuring experience I have ever had at a car dealership. You also know it’s genuine when even after the sale is done the salesman, (Hasan) continues to take the time to ensure you know how to take advantage of and use every feature your new vehicle has installed.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My vehicle has been at this shop for over a week, and the lack of communication has been completely unacceptable. I have had to repeatedly call just to get updates, and even then I was given inconsistent and inaccurate information about the status of my vehicle. Instead of being honest and transparent, I received conflicting answers that only added to my frustration. If there were delays, I would have appreciated clear communication rather than being told incorrect information. Customers deserve accurate updates and honesty, especially when their vehicle is in your care. I understand that repairs can take time, but there is no excuse for poor communication and misinformation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I hope they improve their customer service and communication so future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
