Everything went well. Everyone was pleasant. The car that I’m leasing is cute and I’m pretty pleased. My only disappointment is that Hyundai no longer covers maintenance on a lease and that was not disclosed. Had I known, I may have just purchased.

Horrible horrible if you buy a used car from here have someone other than them do inspection on ur car we purchased a 2024 Hyundai Elantra and was having problems with the car within the first two weeks of having the car.. When we complained about them not doing a good job inspecting issues on the car they were not willing to compromise! We will NEVER! by another Hyundai from this Dealer, or any other Hyundai they put a bad taste in our mouth..

Based on a lot of research we struggled to get to what we felt was the fair selling price, but it wasn't bad and understand you are in business to make money. On the other hand, the trade in deal was a disaster. In fact our credit union lender provided fair trade in values and suggested that we refuse the offer and sell elsewhere. Unfortunately at that point we had already signed over the title. We asked for more prior, but the sales rep said you couldn't because you already discounted the car, but we all know the car selling price and trade in are 2 different negotiations. Based on JD Powers numbers from the credit union fair trade in value was around $7000 and we got $2750. In hindsight very disappointing and will impact future care purchases.
