We had a great experience at Springfield Hyundai. Cely welcomed us at the door, zeroed in on the best suited car for us and we purchased that same day. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful in providing a smooth transaction.

Very thorough, excellent communication, honest, explained everything in detail to the point I didn’t have any questions. Felt very comfortable with his help and knew I was making the right decision.

Everything went well. Everyone was pleasant. The car that I’m leasing is cute and I’m pretty pleased. My only disappointment is that Hyundai no longer covers maintenance on a lease and that was not disclosed. Had I known, I may have just purchased.

Horrible horrible if you buy a used car from here have someone other than them do inspection on ur car we purchased a 2024 Hyundai Elantra and was having problems with the car within the first two weeks of having the car.. When we complained about them not doing a good job inspecting issues on the car they were not willing to compromise! We will NEVER! by another Hyundai from this Dealer, or any other Hyundai they put a bad taste in our mouth..

My salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. When she wasn’t sure of how the child lock system worked, she asked for help.Everyone else I dealt was very friendly and pleasant.
