Avoid Autonation Toyota Irvine - Poor Service and

Avoid Autonation Toyota Irvine - Poor Service and Communication Issues with Eric Yun I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Autonation Toyota Irvine, specifically with Eric Yun. Over the past week and a half, I’ve been trying to get back a check I gave him. Despite multiple requests and countless attempts to reach him, Eric has been unresponsive, dodging my calls, and consistently failing to resolve this issue. It’s baffling and disappointing to experience this kind of unprofessional behavior, especially from someone representing a supposedly reputable dealership. The lack of communication and accountability on Eric’s part has been incredibly unpleasant and has made me wary of working with this dealership again. If you value your time and expect even a modicum of customer service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

They waste a lot of your time. You do not feel like a priority to them. They continue to find more ways to get more money out of you, even doing some serious misleading and lying

Daoud was a pleasure to do business with. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The car purchasing process is usually daunting, but Daoud made it easy. I would recommend Daoud to family and friends. The dealership itself was very nice. Large lot with plenty of inventory to choose from. Very welcoming environment.
