The greeter sitting at the entrance was friendly, called my sales associate as soon as I walked in, and pointed me towards the lounge/waiting area. he keep an eye out for me and pointed the associate in my direction as soon as he showed up. Great Customer Service!!!

Car Buying Has Changed Dramatically

We went to this local dealership where we had been having our 2013 Camry Hybrid serviced for the past 5 years wanting to buy a 2023 Camry Hybrid. However dealers no longer have a large inventory of new vehicles. The car we desired would have required a 2-3 month wait and then you don?t get much choice. To be clear, this isn?t the dealer?s fault. We saw a few newer used cars in their showroom and drove one. This selection was limited and mostly not in our price range. We were ready to head to a dealership other than Toyota when a manager suggested looking at a 2023 Corolla Cross. They had two new ones but one had been purchased. They told me the other was silver. I really didn?t want a silver car but decided to look. I was very surprised to find it was more blue/gray to my eyes than silver. It was the XLE model with many upgrades. They gave us a reasonable trade in on our car so we decided to buy it. I?m still gaining familiarity with all the ?bells & whistles? but our dealer Seann has been very helpful and encouraged us to come back with any questions. The financial aspect went smoothly thanks to Mark with selecting what sections of the extended warranty we wanted to add. The entire process took about 5 hours, but we expected that and we drove our beautiful new car home. I would recommend this dealership for purchasing a used car but be prepared that getting a new one may require a long wait. We were lucky!!

I went to the dealer to have a screw inserted in the

I went to the dealer to have a screw inserted in the driver's side visor since the visor was not staying in place. I had an appointment, but I still had to wait 2.5 hours to have one screw placed in the visor. And unfortunately, when I picked up my van, there were grease marks in the areas where the technician placed their hands. I had to use a special cleaner to remove all the marks. I would like to suggest to the team to wash their hands with soap and water to get rid of grease and dirt before touching the interior of people's vehicles.
