Rating is for car sales person, Mark C. I never had a salesman that cater well to customer. His advice was genuine, not flakey like most salesman. I know because I bought or helped others buy so many cars before. 5 stars for Mark.

Although the coupon for a buy one get one free oil change
Although the coupon for a buy one get one free oil change was a great deal, when we took the car over for an appointment it took over 3 hours of waiting in the waiting room to get it done. Not sure why it took so long since we were on the schedule

My service advisor Manny is always honest, friendly and personable. I know I'm being treated fairly. I will always ask to see him when i make an appointment. I do feel tho that the working environment where he sits ( and customers sit ) outside should be air conditioned as it it very hot !

Very efficient, & quick check in process, service & waiting areas clean & comfortable. Service advisor Eric Rodriguez was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He took the time to explain the servicing details & issues I was concerned about. Car was ready when promised, washed & dried. I was notified with a text message including an attached video of my car with comments by the technician - nice touch! Checkout process was quick & easy. I will definitely return to this dealership for future servicing.
