Explain not clear not respond that talk , give the estimate trade in so low , the document take from CARFAX just show not allow to keep , never go this place my recommendation

They seem nice and I like getting a shuttle ride.
They seem nice and I like getting a shuttle ride. I had to leave a couple messages for service guy and had to ask person who answered phone if my car was ready.
