IAD Auto

Came in for a charger and the customer service was great. The only gripe i had was the exact car i wanted was sold. The exact charger i was eyeing was sold, same year and about mileage but cheaper according to the website. Was told it was being held by clerk, came in to purchase and was told it was sold and im stuck with the more expensive one if i want to buy. Other than that, great customer service.

Such an great experience, we came in not knowing if we can even get approved , K.C made the buying experience pleasurable , random conversations to take our mind off the nervousness of not driving away, he ensured us that we will drive away and we did , BYE BYE metro we are now driving , I.A.D is the place to go go check out K.C he will make the experience stress free !!

Lonnie Rush was amazing! Came in just looking and drove off in a vehicle. Came in with my bossy wife and impatient daughter and he even appeased them. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made me feel like I made the right choice. Glad I came here best decision! Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car.

Lonnie is a great salesperson. He was very patient and very understanding because I am a indecisive person. I am still deciding which car to purchase but I highly recommend Lonnie if you need to get a car.

Let me make no bones about it ... I HATE GOING TO A DEALERSHIP! I dread dealerships because most I've been to like to talk down to you. However, I went to the Beltsville location and after several hours drove away with the vehicle I went in to buy. With that being said ... I have never experienced such amazing personalities ... especially Mr. Chang! The staff in Belstville were such a pleasure to deal with. We carried on several conversations about several different subjects. They truely made us feel like family!
