These guys are the best!

These guys are the best! I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They answered all of my questions honestly & thoroughly and I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind! Honest people, great inventory and top-notch customer service!

If you want a dealership that rips people off- this is

If you want a dealership that rips people off- this is your place. Brought my 2021 1500 diesel in for oil change and tire rotation. Only brought it in here because I am at my cabin and wanted to get it done b4 heading on a hunting trip. I typically go to a Chevy dealership in Waupaca or Stevens Point. Both charge me less than $120 for oil change AND tire rotation, well this place came to $182.94. Asked to speak with the service manager, figured the gal at the counter Amanda was wrong (and very rude) but nope, service manager confirmed the price. Save yourself some money and get better service and go elsewhere! I attached my bill so all can see. Way to rip off the consumer Klien! Also- added my multi-point vehicle inspection report. Not even filled out. Over charged and don't even do what they are supposed too! Do yourself a favor and at least call another dealership and compare prices.

Shady is as shady does.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

Happy customer

My vehicle blew an engine took to 2 dealerships with no help.. went to Klein was greeted with friendly helpful & caring people…Amanda took over everything for me & with her help & service men my vehicle is up & running… forever Klein customer!!

Worst experience ever!!

I scheduled an appointment with a sales person to test drive a vehicle & double checked to make sure date was correct. I drove two hours only to be told the vehicle was sold. Their idea of “personal service” is to send an automated, form letter email every day at 4:55pm. They have the worst communication skills I have ever encountered! I would walk the rest of my life before purchasing a vehicle from them!

Horrible customer service.Did not tell us about the charges to look at our truck we bought it in November didn't realize they sold us a vehicle with out checking and making sure it worked......NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.....

We regret that you are unhappy with the repairs to your vehicle. We also offered to help you with the cost. The vehicle was purchased 4 months before the problem arose. The vehicle is also 7 years old with over 100k miles. The fact that we offered any assistance at all is over and above what most dealerships would do. Please contact our service center if you would like to have the vehicle repaired. Thank you.

Great Experience

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Klein Automotive in Clintonville. I feel we purchased a great used vehicle for the price we paid. Randall and Josh are upstanding people to deal with. Even though the dealership is an hour drive for us I would gladly make the trip to purchase another vehicle with them. In fact, when we are ready to trade in my husband's suburban that is exactly what we plan to do. What a gem of a business

Horrible service

Horrible service and treated poorly. Went to another dealer in the valley and was able to get a much better deal and treated kindly. Do not recommend going here.

Great experience

Worked with Ben Klein and everything was great. I got a great deal on the exact car I was looking for couldn’t be happier. i drove 1 1/4 hours to get there.
