Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls

Had the vehicle style and type I was looking for. Sales staff are very helpful and considerate. I'm a buyer not a "tire kicker" and the people at the dealership know that. There is no time wasted on price dickering. I told them what I wanted in a vehicle, they had one, and we made a deal within about an hour of my time at the dealership. DONE!!

While my car was in for repairs requiring an over night stay the service consultant keep me up to date on the progress,arranged for me to be picked up at my home (very prompt too),checked to make sure I was clear on work that was performed. Car was washed when returned to me.

I have always taken my 2011 Ford Focus to Gordie Boucher for service since I bought it there new in March of 2011. They know my car and they know me. They are always fast and efficient and are sure to explain to me any problems or recommendations they have with my car. I also buy my tires there because they have a great selection at reasonable prices.

This was rather complicated as I had traded in a recent purchase from Boucher because the vehicle was too high. It took 3 weeks to get the title for the Ford Escape once I selected it.

The "Works" provides a mini inspection of all critical points under the hood. This was the first time my 2010 Sport Trac was serviced by this Ford dealership. The service techs did a good job checking for issues. They found that the fuel filter needed to be replaced. I've had another vehicle serviced here with full sanctification.
