My husband and I I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Automotive Network in Croydon PA. The process was stress free and pleasant. Mitch and Steve were very thorough and knowledgeable. They are the best! They made the process really smooth. They both went above and beyond for there customers and helped as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff.

The people over at Automotive Network were extremely helpful, honest, fair and kind negotiating and selling me my 2013 Mustang! They have a great lineup of cars, all in great condition from what I could tell and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have owned many used cars. There are basically three tiers for used car dealers: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Automotive Network ranks with the best. I saw online, a 2014 Lincoln MKZ for sale. I called them and told them I would be there that day to look at it. When I arrived, I met Steve the salesman. He had the car ready to test drive; it even had a half tank of gas. Many dealers have you test drive a car with the needle on empty. I took the car for a spin and decided to buy it; the price was fair. Steve was very personable and mentioned the business was family owned. Back at the dealership, I met Tom the owner. I had a couple of minor questions with the car, and Tom was very accommodating to work with me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. It may cost you a little more at the time, but the quality of the cars they sell, will save you money on future repairs.

we bought. a 2012 scion tc that was missing the entire button panel for the defroster and were told the part was already ordered and we could come back and get it installed. then it was the piece got lost and told to wait and now a year or more later we inquire and they send us to a repair place and we showed the mechanics what was wrong and they said they'd talk to the people at automotive network and a few days later we called the mechanics lot and they told us automotive network has refused to pay for the repair

This place is family owned and has nice clean cars on the lot and the building was nice inside. Comfortable atmosphere and no high pressure tactics. I was treated with respect and I got a great deal. Very nice group of guys that work here. I will definitely recommend my friends and family and be back for my daughters first car next summer.

I viewed their website periodically for vehicles I liked, found a great 2006 black Ford Explorer on there. Photos looked great, went and checked it out in person, vehicle was even better in person. Jim (the son Jim) came out, greated me, we talked about the vehicle, took it for a test drive. Jim was great, very no hassle, Very personable! My brother bought a car there before and praised them, and I must say they completely lived up to the praise. I was looking for a clean low mileage 4 x 4 and found the perfect truck here, a super clean Ram 1500 with very low mileage, and at an amazing price. Jim was great on the phone and I was able to put a reserve down to hold the truck until I could drive down from VT to check it out in person. The truck was exactly as pictured and described. Jim had the paperwork ready and all he had to do was date it and have me sign, then he took me to the title and tag place to get my transit plate. Jim made the entire process simple and quick. This is a great used car dealership and I'll check their inventory out first if I need another used vehicle in the future.

So our car was totaled 2 days before we were leaving for vacation. Found a too good to be true van on the Automotive Network page and went to check it out. Well, much to our surprise, the van actually was better than the pictures. Very clean and in amazing shape for a 2007. The price was below the Kelly Blue Book value. Jim was very easy to work with and was very patient throughout the whole process. After the purchase, we took it to our mechanic, who confirmed that we received a great deal. We then drove the car 10 hours to NC and back again. The car drove very well. We have recommended Automotive Network to everyone we know and will definitely purchase from them again.
