They are very hard working in making a great deal

Very helpful and wotked hard to make the deal I was happy with. Johnathen Perez made a lot of trips to the deal box and I walked away feeling like I was part of the Dodge Ram family.

Oil change

I recently went in for an oil change(Nov 20th) and during this time my residents parking permit sticker was replaced out of my front window with an oil change sticker. This unfortunately went unnoticed by me until my car was towed from my residence on Nov30th. The tow truck company sent pictures showing the oil change sticker on my windshield, which is in the same exact spot that my parking permit was in. After noticing what took place I called Tomball Chrysler Jeep Dodge to see if they could help me get this issue resolved. They immediately refuse to investigate the issue. I was told by the manager the only way they would be help responsible is if my car was towed that following day of getting my oil change. I then asked if they could review the cameras and was told that they did not have any cameras in the shop and would unlikely have a camera that has my vehicle. After realizing this manager could not help me I asked to speak with another manager and he refused to transfer my call. I don’t feel it’s right for me to be held accountable for any tow fee because the technician peeled and replace my parking permit with an oil change sticker.

Great fealership

Great dealership, made a good deal. Winnie has followed up with me in several occasions to check on my experience, and see if the dealership could do things different. Her concern for their customers is top notch

Engineer

Very good experience, everyone was very helpful. Trucks selection was very good and matched the inventory on the web. No hard sell by the sales folks.

Winnie was great

Winnie in customer relation was amazing! I tried calling a few times to discuss a few issues directly with my car salesman, but was having difficulty. I received a message from Winnie today in regards to a survey and immediately took the chance to voice the issues I was having. Within 2 hours, she had resolved all my problems! Winnie is a great asset to the company, and might contribute to continue business with me and my family in the future.

Tomball Dodge

They had exactly the truck I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Was in and out fairly quickly. Didn’t have to drive all over town.

Best Experience I've Ever Had!!

I was assisted by Andy Lopez & Edward Sanchez were a great help with everything i needed to make my transaction a smooth and quick process. They left out no details about what I saw and had all the answers for any and every questions I had!!

Great Buying Experience

Tomball Dodge was awesome ..! They have a great team there everyone is friendly and willing to help without pushing you to buy until your ready. Sammy and Andres were so nice they took time to answer all my questions with a lot of patience thanks guys..

great dealership!

My husband and I went in last week to buy a car, We met Tyler who was absolutely amazing! No pressure, answered all our questions and got us a fantastic deal! The following morning we received a call from Winnie who wanted to make sure our experience was top notch, which it was. She was so easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable. Horrible Service Department

This dealer service dept does not honor appointments. They take walk ins which pushed my appt to 2 day wait without notice. I followed sll instructions on the recall notice I received. Booked an appointment and was told it would be one hour wait. Received several emsils and text messages from manager confirming my appt. When I arrived I was told too many walk ins came earlier so they could not complete my service. Horrible customer service. Their website says they give loaner cars and rides home. They couldn't provide me with either. No apology given for poor service and inconvenience. The recall was not my fault but they acted like it was. Had to spend $ on Uber to get home. Will never purchase from this dealer again!
