From our first contact through the Mazda website to the delivery of our new Mazda6 we could not have had a better experience. Their Internet Manager was quick to get back to us and helped to schedule a test drive. Perhaps the best thing was the total lack of pressure. We had no hounding phone calls or emails while the two months went by from test drive to purchase. Tom, our salesman, had already sold our son a Mazda3. He too had a similar experience. We highly recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone looking for the idea way to buy a Mazda.

My family and I went into Colonial Mazda 2 years ago and purchased our first Mazda there from Adam Dean. It was my best experience at a dealership. Adam was upfront and honest, no playing games. So with that being said, I did my homework on another Mazda, went to see Adam and again, he was honest, helpful and just GREAT. Colonial Mazda and Adam Dean make it a great experience buying a new car. Also, I do not want to leave out the service Dept.. every time I go there I am treated like a queen, they are very professional.

My husband and I stopped in at Colonial Mazda Danbury Connecticut looking for a new car for the family. We met with an incredible and extremely knowledgeable and fun Sales Consultant, John McNeil who guided us through what is normally, from our past experience a stressful time of buying a new car. This was the exact opposite and it felt more like we are and will always be part of their family at Colonial Mazda as soon as we entered their door! We bought a Mazda CX-9 Signature and could not be happier with our whole experience. From the details of how our car runs, to every single extra point with John McNeil (who knows more about cars than anyone we have ever met, truly!!) to the easy flow of finance with Jay Barnard their first-class Business Manager!!
