When I first arrived, they were all on their phones. The receptionist was on her cell and actually held up a finger at me so I said I would go elsewhere. Then the nicest salesman came to help me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I got the car I needed at the price I needed and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Marcus!

I'm a customer of Cherokee county Toyota in Canton Georgia I purchased three cars from them in the past 4 years a few month ago l was in the market for a car I stopped by the dealership to get a quote and I end up talking to the sales manager Mr l (I do not want to say his full name) he was very rude but I was okay with it back then at some point he asked me where I'm from (I immigrant you the United States) and when I told him where I'm from is attitude change completely to the wars today I called the dealership again to get a quote for a Tundra 1794 and I explained to them that I already have an offer for the same truck at a different dealership which is about 2 hours from where I live I explained to them since I bought already three cars from them I want to get the best price that I can get and see if they can match so I can purchase the truck from them at that point then transfer the the call again on the other line is Mr I the sales manager he was very rude and he was trashing the other dealership claiming they are giving me false information and there is no way that's the price that I got and he started to ask you questions that make me feel that he is trying to prove that I'm lying to you at that point I told him I didnt call you to trash the other dealership I just called to give me your best price with all the respect I didn't ask for your opinion from that point he just made a point to humiliating me and talk to me in offensive way among the stuff that he told me is that they don't need me as a customer quote please go and drive 2 hours and make a video how they will tell you the hit you with fees and taxes and send it to me so I can laugh he was laughing at me with the people that was next to him telling me to go go drive to your best deal and then he hung up the phone on me at that point I wanted to file a complaint to Toyota USA I can't help the feeling that that is not an experience anybody should have so please do not purchase at that dealership!

My experience with Cherokee Toyota Service department has been amazing. I have been in business for 20 years with Toyota fleet trucks, I have consistently had great customer service. Worked with Liz for a long while now - She is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure I get what's needed. The shop mechanics are stellar. Management always steps in even though they are busy, to say hello and are pleasant to deal with as well. I am in contact with several dealers on a regular basis and these guys are definitely exceptional.

Liz Whitener (service advisor) was very thorough in confirming my son’s 2010 Corolla was in excellent working condition before leaving the dealership. I leave in Acworth. I have an option to visit two other Toyota dealers closer to me, but they will either charge me for no reason (full filling a quota) or are too busy! Cherokee Toyota does an excellent job and are fair to their customers, that is rare these days! Thanks Liz and team.

Cherokee County Toyota has been awesome to work with all of the times I have been there. From Sales when buying my new car to the Service Dept for routine maintenance. I especially want to give a shout out to Todd Harper the Service Director for his absolutely impeccable customer service and professionalism in taking care of a recent repair that had to be made to my Corolla. He went above and beyond to take care of everything to make it as easy as possible for me. I would give 10 stars if I could!! I highly recommend this service department and dealership. Worked with Denis on a used car. This guy is amazing. He doesn’t pressure, he answers questions, and he’s overly professional. The fact he let us look and I didn’t feel pressured TOPPED IT ALL. We have been shopping for awhile, our 2nd car in a year. Best experience. Until I got to the finance sept, what a jerk that guy was. He wanted my social security # on paper. That’s a HARD no when I’m not financing through the dealership. Social Security numbers do not need to be written down on paperwork..
