Scam dealership

Bought used Firebird asked if any major problems was told no but if found any they would work with us. Took it back because of noise in rear of car service advisor told us even tho sales person told us to have them in service advisor said they work only with his manager and sales had no right to say they would give us any break even tho it was less than 3 days after sale. After talking to all the managers they said they would replace ujoints and driveshaft , mechanic that was working on car said that would not fix problem and car would not be safe. Drove by lot couple days later,they had car for a week, saw car had been pushed off edge of parking lot with front spoiler buried in dirt embankment complained about damage to car and was called to pick it up assured that issue was resolved noise was still there and bad vibration took it to another shop mechanic was right at Toyota ended up replacing entire rear end so called new ujoints were mismatched caps on the body of used ujoint since the service manager already had his story down pat they do this on a regular basis, my other son had bought a car there couple years ago and even tho was a minor issue same thing have problem we will fix it free then before you leave pay full price would not advise anyone to do business with theses guys, turned them into States Attorney and BBB was to have heard from them but been way pass date AG told us to expect there reply have not heard a word

Shopping for a used car

Lindell and I were shopping for a used car on line. Found a Buick in Danville and called. David Munoz answered and was very helpful. We traveled to Danville and purchased the car. Thanks Dave!

Ryan Barnes, Toyota of Danville

Ryan was very easy to work with and worked hard to find me a vehicle within my price range. Ryan is very personable and wants to please his customers. He worked with me over the phone, and when I walked in for my appointment with him I was ready to buy...I left that same day with my Toyota Corolla.

salesman/ryan barnes -the man

first lets get started by saying ryan is the man and a very smart/talented salesman makes everything smooth and enjoyable to which we are coming back for a used harley davidson ! go figure buying a harley from a toyota dealership instead of going to a harley dealer/whats the world coming to /give that man a raise/xxxx give that man his own dealership! ! !

What a Deal, 2013 Corolla 10,000 miles Thanks Ryan

Job transfer, saw this car on the internet, asked about it... and then the next day I was driving home! The staff gave me what I wanted (ask for) on my trade and this car was in perfect shape! Ryan Barnes does very well in communications and my wife and I were treated Great! Thanks again Ryan... we will be back again!
