This is a very good service center.

This is a very good service center. They go very good work. However, they take it upon themselves to selves to do work that I do not request. This time I asked for an oil change and inspection sticker. When I paid, they did a 15,000 mile checkup which I did not request. This upsets me. If there were not people in line behind me I would have argued more about it.

Great first time experience in Service.

Great first time experience in Service. Vehicle was looked at a day earlier than promised. Good communication, no hard upsell on additional service recommendations. Excellent overall.

Excellent service by sales, in particular Christine. Very profession and courtesy for this physically handicapped person. Only drawback I had with overall experience was that I paid for an inspection sticker. Tried 3 times to get one. However, I was told the 1 gentlemen they use was sick and then subsequent day the machine broke. Ended up spending money again scurrying to get a sticker a 7 days were up. No pressure from sales or finance and was very accommodating and friendly.

We did have a few days where our licensed inspector was out along with technical difficulties, but we are back up and running now and those issues are not the norm. I've always had terrible experiences at dealerships in

I've always had terrible experiences at dealerships in the past. I always had to steel myself to go in and "negotiate" by being ready to walk out, etc. Or worse, getting a car pushed on me that I didn't want. This is not true for Falmouth Toyota. They really are unlike any dealership I've ever visited. No pressure, they listen to what you want and find it. They help with everything, and they are completely honest and transparent about the process. Now, in the span of just 1 year we've purchased a brand new Tundra and a used Highlander from them. if you stop in, ask for Maria! She's the best! Thank you Falmouth Toyota!
