I described what I wanted in a new Camry, and Meg took me right to it. This purchase was my third at Lee Toyota, and I have gotten a the deal I wanted every time. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, are the words I use to describe the sales staff.

When it comes to sales, customer service is what makes the final sale. The sales manager I was working with I have followed from dealership to dealership. Not just because he is a friend but because of his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied with the end product. I also had the great opertunity to work with another sales associate during my visit. This gentalman was just as friendly and eager to help me as john maclairan was. I went in for service and left with a new car. The sales person was Nick L. He was friendly and very helpful. All members of the team did their jobs extremely well.

Nick lamorea was an amazing sales man I would recommend dealing with him he was very knolegable and entertaining he showed us a tour of the building and kept us from wanting to fall asleep waiting for finance :)

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They stayed open way after closing just to help us try and get a better rate on our purchase. When I came to drop my trade off and finish signing papers they told me that a bank came in with a better offer than they had originally anticipated. My wife and I couldn't be any happier! Wonderful experience! Joe Day and other staff were great--informative, pleasant, and a wealth of information on the new RAV 4"s! Joe even helped me program my phone numbers and stations into the car before I left and went over all the features and buttons on the dash board. This is my second "Lee Auto" experience and it was perfect! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
