I'm very happy with Lee toyota's customer service. The first time I went to Topsham to buy the car Tom Santospago was so helpful, kind and wonderful person to work with. It didn't even take us what we need ,he made it so easy and simple. We put our offer he came up with a solution. There is no pressure it just simply painless. I just wanted to say thank you to Tom and keep up your excellent customer service. Trisha was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute delight to have her. She was so kind and arranged my car to be dropped off at my work, that was an excellent customer service. She even remembered my birthday and sent me a birthday card that was a family oriented business. Just like a family 😊 Thank you again Jen. I wanted to say thank you so much for bringing my car all the way down to Portland. I really appreciate you for explaining how the warranty works and thank you for taking your time to bring the car for me. You guys are the best and keep up your awesome work. I recommend everyone to see the Topsham location and you will be extremely happy Thank you again ♥

In my quest for a RAV4 Prime, Lee Toyota was able to "deliver the goods" on the timeline they predicted, and Scott Lane was very helpful through the entire process. I was kept informed of progress as my RAV4 was being built, shipped, and delivered. Scott has a pleasant, unhurried demeanor and provides the friendly communication and efficient service that made buying my car a positive experience.

From start to finish, our purchase experience at Lee Toyota was a positive one. Our sales person (Joe Day) was consistently courteous and friendly, with a patient, soft -spoken demeanor. He welcomed our variety of questions as our ‘buying experience’ unfolded over the three or four visits to the showroom. His product knowledge and willingness to hop on his computer database to search for answers to obscure questions spoke to his professionalism. And the same goes for the folks in the finance department, (Andrew and Max), even tho we used our credit union for the loan, and had ‘leveraged’ them for a better interest rate. Good sports all around.

Not impressed with service department at all. Make sure...

Not impressed with service department at all. Make sure you check what they say the do for maintenance. I was told things were done, but were not. Brake pad wear numbers vary, as your break pads don't get thicker. I was charged for service and I have extended warranty. Poor service department.

This is our fourth purchase of either a Highlander or a Rav at Lee Toyota. Trisha Hunter has worked with us every time and always made the experience a pleasure. We have liked all of our cars and will continue to go to Lee for the foreseeable future.

Helpful and friendly

We went to look at and drive a Toyota Sequoia. We knew going in that we were LOOKING and not BUYING and told Sam (our salesman) the same. Sam was great, we tried the Sequoia, then he put us in a 4Runner for my wife to see if the smaller SUV would work for her. Sam never pressured us, and even told us he would be on the lookout for THE Sequoia that would be perfect for my wife. He has even called to let us know that he is still looking for us. I'm not a price shopper, I am a customer service shopper. I'll pay more for excellent service and that's what I've received. I hope Sam calls us with the one, I am looking forward to working with him and Lee Toyota
