Very unprofessional dealer called about a vehicle,told

Very unprofessional dealer called about a vehicle,told the sales person about a possible trade in which was a little fib on my part because I had the cash to buy the vehicle outright I was supposed to get a call back and never did I would recommend shopping elsewhere these guys are only concerned about their own pockets and commissions crooks

My wife and I asked Nick about two RAV4’s that they had. We really liked Nick’s approach on how to work with us. We ended up buying one from him and the experience was a good one. I recommend this dealership!

If you’re looking for a friendly and smooth car buying

If you’re looking for a friendly and smooth car buying experience, ask for Nick Hardage. This is the second time I have worked with Nick and I highly recommend him. He is low key and personable, yet professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and followed up the next day to ask if I had other questions. Nick was not at all pushy and very easy to work with. Lithia Toyota is lucky to have him.

Well I'm re writing this because I don't know if I sent it 😔. Thank you Denny Kane!!! My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Ford explorer at lithia Medford Toyota. When we purchased the car it had a bug guard on the hood. We intended to take the bug guard off and put on the explorer logo. When we took off the bug guard we noticed that it had contamination. We brought the vehicle back to Toyota to see if we could possibly resolve this issue. Which was at no fault to a Toyota. Denny had helped us with the purchase of the vehicle,and took it upon himself to help us,which he did! His genuine concern and care were so greatly appreciated. My wife and I are truly grateful. To make a long story short, I believe he exceeded what he had to do to help us. Thanks again Denny! Being a business owner, I can truly say, he is an asset to lithia Toyota.

Nick is very professional but allows his funny

Nick is very professional but allows his funny personality to shine through. My husband and I felt like we were with a family member as he was very personable. He is kind and very knowledgeable and as we drove off in our vehicle, we knew all quesitons were answered by Nick. He is an asset to the company. Nick will be the one salesman that we will tell all our friends to see when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. We love our vehicle and Nick even called us a week later to check on us if we had any questions. A real gentleman and business minded. We give him an A+ in sales and being a great people-person.
