Although the vehicle I wanted was no longer sellable, the team worked together to find me a car that met my checklists and was quick. The transaction was smooth, and everyone made me feel reassured and comfortable. They were also very patient and knowledgeable regarding all my questions. As an owner of a 2008 Toyota RAV4 Limited, I knew I was a Toyota RAV4 owner for life since we're a Toyota family with a 2018 Toyota Tundra and a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Although the newer Toyota RAV4s do not have the V6 engine option as I had on my 2008 RAV4, there were some other options we knew that we wanted. Michael Ficenec was awesome to work with.
