Won’t buy anywhere else!

Best place to buy a car! Ask for frank! He will make sure you leave happy! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! I will go back for sure!

Good luck getting off their mailing list.

My late spouse bought a vehicle from Briggs in 2015. They have wanted to buy back the vehicle because it is a low mileage vehicle. There is now way in H~l that they are getting the truck back. I called them multiple times to get my wife's name removed from the mailing list and I even spoke to the manager and he promised that it would be taken care of. So much for the promise of any one associated with that dealership. Their promises are worth the air they are written on. Avoid this dealership at all costs

Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle

I was on my way to Pittsburg, Ks. from Leavenworth. When I got to Fort Scott, I started having problems with my car. I pulled into Briggs to see if they could help me with my car issues. Super nice group of people who work there. They bent over backwards to help me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of having my car fixed. Kevin Filby was amazing...he showed me several different vehicles that were in my price range. That was in July of 2021. I ended up getting a Toyota Highlander and I love it! I highly recommend Briggs!

Sold the same car twice! Beware!

This dealership sold me a car, and then sold it again to another person. I went through all of the paper work and signed for the car on a Saturday. They were supposed to bring the car to me on Monday and pick up my trade. Instead I got a call on Monday saying the vehicle had been sold to someone else! The vehicle was very specific and I haven’t been able to find another one near by. They were supposed to be finding me another car, but it’s been over a week and they have nothing. I called twice today to check on the status and they never got back with me. 😡🤯

Awesome salesperson

My husband and I bought a 2012 dodge 2500 diesel and it needed a new sensor my salesperson Steven Tyler went above and beyond and made sure the truck was in grear working condition when I picked it back up. It got 2 new key fobs, oil change, new turbo, upper amf lower ball joints. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying this truck.

Not good service from service department

took my car in for cruise control switch replacement got it back with foot prints all along the door jam and a scrapped up airbag from someone trying to pry it off after buying 3 new vehicles in a year and a half i guess they no longer want my business. Not happy

Hybrid 2017

The buying process was very nice, Josh Stillian was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was enjoying the whole buying steps, till we reached the Finance departments as I faced some misleading information that was about to make me change my mind !
