Yesterday, we had a problem with our left sliding door not closing, We tried calling Service Departments in Ames and DesMonies, but they were all closed. In desperation we called our Salesman Mark Wacker on his cell phone . He was able to trouble shoot our problem , and we got the door closed. Wilson’s staff were very friendly and accommodating during my recent new vehicle mileage check. They were able to get the service done and get me back on the road quickly. They did a great job explaining the services they provided to me.

Not pleased. I had an issue with my defrost control and was told they’d let me know. Sat there for 4 hours and no one said a word to me. Finally at 4 pm he told me it would need a part ordered. The tech called me a few days later to set up an appointment. There was a scheduling issue and he said he’d call me back. So far I haven’t heard a word. Very disappointed.
