Yesterday, we had a problem with our left sliding door...

Yesterday, we had a problem with our left sliding door not closing, We tried calling Service Departments in Ames and DesMonies, but they were all closed. In desperation we called our Salesman Mark Wacker on his cell phone . He was able to trouble shoot our problem , and we got the door closed. This is the second time we have called him in an emergency, and he has been very helpful, and always takes our call. A special salesman. A big Thank You to Mark Wacker. Tike Ballard and Judy Hilt

Wilson’s staff were very friendly and accommodating during my recent new vehicle mileage check. They were able to get the service done and get me back on the road quickly. They did a great job explaining the services they provided to me.

Not pleased. I had an issue with my defrost control and...

Not pleased. I had an issue with my defrost control and was told they’d let me know. Sat there for 4 hours and no one said a word to me. Finally at 4 pm he told me it would need a part ordered. The tech called me a few days later to set up an appointment. There was a scheduling issue and he said he’d call me back. So far I haven’t heard a word. Very disappointed.

My last visit was for my 18 month service under Toyota Care.Every one I dealt with was courteous and professional.My service was prompt and explained to me and I was very happy with it.

I was very happy to get their best deal upfront. The sales and finance staff were very pleasant to work with. My quote was at 3:30 and I picked it up a couple of hours later

This was the first time I came to this dealership and I’m...

This was the first time I came to this dealership and I’m glad I did. I had a good idea of what I wanted. With the help of salesman Brad Baker, we were able to zero in on the model I wanted. He made the process quick and easy, without pressuring me to sell add-ons I don’t want. Brad’s a good guy and I’ll be checking with him the next time I’m looking for a new car. Finally, Becky made quick work of the paperwork and I was on my way.
