Justin checked me in, went to lunch, no backup Paperwork lost never called me out of the waiting room that the car was done. I had to go to the desk after an unreasonably long time and ask when the car would be ready. Won’t come back.

Vicki, I want to apologize for any inconveniences with your visit. There were some extenuating circumstances to your visit. Justin was here but in the Parts Department. The vehicle had just been completed and Justin was going to come get you in a couple of minutes but you came out as the paperwork was being completed. I apologize for any confusion.
