Quick, efficient and professional service visit.
Living an hour away from Hoffman in New London, it is usually a long ride in Connecticut traffic. I have to say there are not many places I would travel an hour to for car service, especially when there are much closer options. That should be a clue that it is well worth the trip. From dealing with Pete in sales 2+ years ago, to T.J. Zongol in service, my experience has always been excellent. Not being happy about some major repairs needed 6 months out of warranty, T.J. made the effort to find whatever means to discount the repairs, and ended up saving me a good amount on the final bill. He was genuine in his concern of my frustration. I will soon be in the market for my 5th Audi, and Hoffman will be my first stop, and Pete my first call.

Pete and Bob spent several hours with us explaining the car and different finances we could use. They were very polite, and very knowledgeable. They honestly tried to give us the best deal they could on our car.it was nice not having to argue over price. Truly the greatest experience I have had buying a car.
