I needed a replacement car for my college-age son. Something reliable that would last him through the rest of his schooling. After looking online, I found a couple choices at United. The staff was kind, no-nonsense, and no pressure. There's also no negotiating, so take that for what it is - if you think it's a fair price, just be willing to pay it. Only reason not 5 stars is that they disclosed an after-market modification after I signed the paperwork. I don't think there was anything malicious about it - it just didn't come up and it wasn't obvious (a remote starter), but it should have been mentioned before finalizing in my opinion. I'd look here again if I were in the market for a solid used car.

I was hunting for a vehicle when I happened to pass by and noticed an automobile that I would want to get. I went in and spoke to Rodney about the automobile. I was told that I might be approved for financing and that all I needed to do was fill out an application. My credit is not great, and I was not in the mood to be denied. I made the decision to give it a shot and I was approved. The application process was simple, and I received notification of my approval the same day. United auto has been around since I can remember, me and my wife stopped in to look at a Rav 4 we arrived late and were encouraged to take our time even though it was near closing . We found a nice one and Jim let us take it for a test drive after closing because they were waiting on a fender to be delivered. The car was great I looked it over closely and decided to move forward. Jim streamlined the experience by servicing the car and including the registration process .We put a down payment on a Friday evening and picked the car up on Tuesday washed and ready to go ! United auto also includes a 50/50 warranty that very few other used car dealers use in fact I took advantage of the warranty by bringing the car to my garage and had them do a safety check . We found a very minor issue and Jim and his staff honored it with no problem . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great expiriance, I will return in the future . Kent Boudreau
