What a wonderful experience I’ve had at Werner Kia! I first visited in November and Terrell assisted with all my questions, concerns, and test drives for the Kia Soul models. I had some personal set backs and I needed to revisit at another time. Terrell was incredibly patient ... for 3 months til I came back! Over the 3 months he checked in periodically to see if I had any questions along the way. Once I came back in today, the experience was easy and an absolute pleasure to be apart of because terrell’s customer service, friendly attitude, and down to earth personality made it feel right at home. Thank you Terrell so much and thank you Kia for the opportunity and experience I had today.
