For information only
Cars.com does not let dealers respond to a review unless they are paid subscriber. I urge potential customers to check multiple review boards, and check a dealers BBB rating before taking any negative or positive review seriously. We live in an age when some folks do not take responsibility for anything that happens to them, everything is someone else's fault, and they are quick to jump on social media and vent. Unfortunately close to 95 percent of completely satisfied customers will never seem to find the time to leave a positive review. Food for thought
Buyers beware. If you don't have A+ credit rating and a ton money , don't go there. Salesman and Owner did not follow up on a trade in with me. Did not offer any other options for trading or ask for extra money. Then , when I asked about it after a week of no contact, I got treated like crap. Because bI wasn't one of the elite rich. We bought our van that we wanted to trade in. But,they let us do extended financing do we got way overhead on it. It was nice when you were a person, not just a number!!!!
Honest and trustworthy
I came to Warren Auto Sales on the recommendation of my mechanic. I was told the owner was honest and was a cadillac expert. I was not disappointed. I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Deville at a fair price. The owner and sales manager were great to deal with and lived up to al my expecations. In a world where car salesmen often treat women like they are incapable of thinking for themselves, it was refreshing dealing with a company that treated me with respect. Thanks Warren Auto Sales!
