Perfect Experience
Chtistin is the reason I will surely be recommending Van Bortel to my friends and family. Throughout the entire process her focus was earning my business and ensuring I found everything I wanted through Van Bortel. She was extremely profession, attentive and genuinely concerned for the things that were important to me within the purchasing process. Wonderfull staff and facility
We used fastlane service for nys inspection on our 2012 F150 was quick and courteous I don't think you could improve that part at all. Well done!

Good as dealerships go
I replied to the second email with a lengthy request to please leave me alone!!!! I told you exactly what I liked and what I didn't. Are you listening? You are unrelenting in your requests for praise. We have purchased 2 cars from Van Borteland I would shop for a car from you, again. I will continue to use your service dept for my Fusion Hybrid especially while it is under warranty even though I am not thrilled with that dept.

Great place to do busines,
Made the appointment got the day I wanted used a coupon saved some money got a ride home and back again, car was done when promised. What more can a person hope for. the service and employees are the best.

Good experience
My only negative observation was that when I called to check on the status of needed service, I was told that I would get a call back. That call never came so when I got there we waited a while for the car to be finished. The service person said the person who was supposed to call me back went home sick. It would probably be good practice to have someone checking the voice mails of absent employees. Otherwise-GREAT!!
