Great Car Buying experience
We purchased a Ford Edge Titanium. Our sales agent, Christin Lanzalaco, was excellent. She has great knowledge of the car and all the details and was able to answer all our questions as we shopped. After our purchase she communicated with us regularly as we waited for our car to be built and delivered. She celebrated with us as she delivered the car (and we signed and paid for it!). Now after the sale she continues to be available to us as we have had a few questions. Our experience with Van Bortel Ford is the best car purchase experience we have had. I Do not live near this service station, but we were going out of town, and I wanted to make sure the car was in top form, since my check engine light was due to go off soon. Awesome service! Timely , efficient, pleasant waiting room... I may just have to go out of town, (to you) again for service.

New tires
Just took my Town Car in for a NYS inspection and a set of new tires I ordered from the parts department the day before. The price for the same work done 2 1/2 yearrs before at a different place was very close. Major difference was the alignment was done right the first time here. What I can't do at home thesrs guys are going to do from now on. Great team!
