Great Car, Outstanding Salesperson

This is the fourth Subaru that I have leased from Prestige Imports and I couldn't be happier with the car and with the service and TLC provided by Diana DeLillo. She has always taken the time to review all the things that have changed from one car to the next; I know I can always call or visit her if I have any questions or problems. And the service department is excellent.

Great Service!

Purchased a used Subaru Outback from Anthony. Great service, great price and overall a flawless experience. I would recommend Prestige Imports and especially Anthony highly to anybody.

Terrible terrible terrible

The worst costumer service for the service department. I will never bring my car back there again. I will drive an hour away just to go to another service department

Excellent experience buying 2020 Forester

Purchased a car during the summer of 2020, through John P. -- it was a totally seamless experience and the dealership accommodated my requests to correspond over email and phone instead of in-person during the pandemic. The sales process was completely straightforward and there weren't any surprises; everything was made very clear. I would definitely buy from here again!

Awesome dealership

I love Rose ! She makes it scheduling your car service super easy. Also they are taking precautions for this pandemic.

Subaru has been harassing me

I?ve been calling and emailing for years asking them to take me off their mailing list. I?ve blocked their email addresses and they?ve kept sending from new ones. Even their VP/group manager Jeremy Abramson wrote me in 2019 saying he would take me off their mailing lists and 1 hour ago I think I received the 2nd email this week about a Subaru I NEVER BOUGHT. I?ve never given them my email. In order to submit this form I had to incorrectly answer the question ?why did you visit this dealer? but I don?t live anywhere near there and have never been there.
