Write a reviewKeira was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The sale was made minutes after the initial test drive and finalized several days later after total preparation. The car was exactly as advertised. Call on Keira- you won't go wrong. We came from Blairsville to buy this great car!

Really positive experience dealing with Three Rivers VW. From my first interaction inquiring about selling my wife’s Jetta to them, to ultimately trading in for a new Taos, I felt that at every level they were transparent, fair and ethical. I am a knowledgeable consumer with many years’ experience purchasing/leasing vehicles; I ask informed questions and generally anticipate dealer tendencies to overcharge, mislead or otherwise malpractice throughout the process. Some might consider me a challenging customer due to these factors. However, at every point the staff at 3RVW remained patient, courteous and attentive to all inquiries, answering all my questions and corresponding in a thoughtful and professional manner. When the time came to take delivery, they were very respectful of our time in making the process efficient and even adapting to accommodate our newborn and toddler. The three gentlemen I dealt with throughout the duration of this deal were Nigel (Sales Professional), Pat (General Sales Manager), and Seth (Finance Manager). I would recommend anybody in the market for a new or preowned VW to make this your first call. *OF NOTE: After agreeing in principle to terms, I reached out to a different area VW dealer to see if they would like the opportunity to beat the deal I had in place, and they did. While their deal was compelling, the ensuing dialogue proved them to be arrogant, rude and misleading, and therefore not worth pursuing a business relationship with. I can rest better knowing I’ve conducted my business with a company who holds themselves to a higher standard of care.

Very poor management. Purchased a vw vehicle here. Vehicle developed multiple issues within days. Sales and management are a joke. Service department had issues resolving issue but did they’re job well. No complaints with the service dept. Unfortunately I will never buy a vehicle at this location again as I have done multiple times in the past due to incompetent management and careless higher up management/owner.

I am very happy with the sales and finance departments but their service department is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Their service Dept. Is open till 6 PM M - F. I called on Friday 2/14 @ 5:23 PM. Went straight to voicemail. Called the following day before 10:00 AM and again, straight to voice mail. I am still waiting for a call back but I have no idea why I should be surprised, I have been waiting almost 3 years for them to call and tell me if the replacement fenders for my 2006 Jetta had been approved. I mentioned this just a few months ago when I purchased another vehicle there. Just lucky there are other service centers that are willing to call you back to help get your car back in service.

Offered slightly less than payoff for my desirable trade-in, asked for sticker on the car I was considering. This predatory dealer was looking for maximum gross in a deal that should have happened smoothly. Months later that car is STILL on the lot at Three Rivers. My advice is: go anywhere but here. They're swinging for the fence on deals, hoping to get a buyer who is so emotionally involved they don't care how much it costs.

I looked at a 2015 Nissan Juke, loved the car. But the camera was broke off and the radio was not factory so you couldn’t use the back up system or the navigation system. It was replaced with a flat screen Sony! When asking the salesman he said that the previous owner had put it in himself! The camera, never mentioned the radio. So I gave them a check to hold the car. After talking to my brother who worked at Honda for 33 years wondered why it didn’t have a back up camera. And that was a standard feature for that year was wondering also why there was no backup camera and told me to call the dealer ship back and have them explained why or what happened to the camera! Pat the manager said the owner put the camera in himself which was a lie! I thought something felt funny because the salesman didn’t go over anything with me as far as how everything worked on the car! No I drove an hr to her there just for them to lie and waste my time! Pat said that year didn’t have s camera! Um yes they do every one of them for that year above 2013 is a standard feature. I want my money back and they are liars! Wanted me to buy that juke for 15,000 with no back camera that is stated in comments about that car. He said if I replace the camera will you buy it then? No because I don’t trust you now! I would not buy from them. They deserve NO STARS!

On my third VW, Never purchased one here but live close so I thought I would give their service department a try. Not enough room to write about the disappointment I had. I learned my lesson and will steer clear of this VW dealer. Day Apollo and Cochran have had and will continue to have my business but Three Rivers VW Service will not see me again. Derek was the services person that provided less than professional service. I would strongly recommend finding a different VW dealer and service department, especially if it is Derek.

Derrick was the service rep. Completely incompetent. Tried to run up price on everything. Stated there was a leak where none is present. Fluids were full. If a leak exists, why are the fluids full? I am on my third VW and have been happy at other dealers around Pittsburgh but live close to this one. I thought I would try them. Lesson learned, I will return to either Day-Appollo or Cochran. I will not go back to Three Rivers VW. If you get Derrick, turn and run

This dealership has a incompetent service department. I took wheels in under a wheel insurance claim and marked the insides "INSIDE" Since the tires are directional. Guess what they came back mounted wrong and the valve stem covers were missing. This is totally unacceptable, if there mechanics cant do this and they cant tighten wheels to manufacturer spec. Then what kindof work do they do on other things that are more critical like brakes or airbags. Think about this you are putting you life in the hands of a person that cant read "INSIDE"

You have wheels removed and reinstalled they over tighten. You go with directional tires they mount backwards. You then mark tires to think they will mount properly no they still mount wrong. Then you don't even get you valve stem caps back. How can you trust a place to do work on a vehicle if they cant even mount tires properly. Sad thing is Walmart does 4X the job at mounting tires. They actually use a torque wrench not theses torque bars that clearly don't work. When it takes 2 guy to pull up on a 4 foot breaker bar and the car is lifting off ground wheels are clearly too tight when spec has to be around 70-100ft-lb. I learned my lesson on that last time. If i was VW i would pull there serve center from them. Id be afraid they would think washer fluid goes in the engine and oil goes in washer fluid. This is elementary mistakes and uncalled for. only reason i go there is the wheel insurance i got with the car but i am looking into finding another place to do the insurance part.
