When i spend money i want to be treated professional and the company should be professional there is no need to scam and be dishonest this is a huge commitment for people, then to top it off i ordered brown leather dropped my truck off, came back never received a phone call, and 1 seat was partially finished with black leather, then said dealership ordered wrong kit, in the meantime i hired a professional driver to to deliver truck and bring it back to me, never received a call from manager even still. Management is really bad horrible to know you wont be taken care of after purchase My truck was 75,000 dollars

My cameras stopped working on 10/22/23, before I had a chance to schedule an appt for annual maintenance. I took the chance of visiting the dealership without an appt because I was very nervous about driving, (especially parking). Erick Riviera was very gracious in resolving my issues while minimizing my wait time. He kept me apprised while I waited for servicing to be completed. I was impressed by his level of professionalism, knowledge & courtesy. I received my vehicle in showroom-like condition which made me very happy. Thanks Erick for the great customer service.
