Carter Ward did a great job being prepared to get our vehicle purchase transaction completed in a very timely manner. I had to visit Royal Automotive on my lunch break and Carter had me and my wife out of the dealership in 45 minutes with all the signed documents and keys in hand. He also communicated well leading up to the transaction.

Very responsive. Good inventory. Ask questions to find out exactly what I needed and found the perfect car for me. Carter Ward made it easy to get my car. No pressure just made sure which car was best for my needs. One car had been a smoker's car which was greatly offensive to me but a very nice car. He asked me to sit in it as he knew I would not be happy with it later. Really took great care of us.

Very disappointed with the sales department. Try to sell me the 2022 Tiguan $3000 over invoice. Very dishonest action. Called The GM and will not reply my complaint. Stay away from this VW dealership. Fraudulent!
