Loved my new professional experience with Simon S.

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. Today, he scheduled me come in to explain all the features of the car with detailing and took time out of his sales day. He's the best! Sad that he is retiring soon, as we would love to continue to work for him for years to come.

Sunroof did not open, there was some type of smoke coming

Sunroof did not open, there was some type of smoke coming from the exhaust which was coming through the ac, and they charged a big price for all of that to not work. Ridiculous. Didn’t even try to lower the price a bit like we asked and came back with the amount we did not ask for.

Bought my car from this dealership as it was the trusted

Bought my car from this dealership as it was the trusted service dealer for my 2017 Outback. The buying experience and the service experience on my 2024 Crosstrek could not be better. I had a small fender bender and used their body shop, Messaros, with an excellent outcome. Cannot be more pleased with their work!

RUN — don’t walk — AWAY from this place.

RUN — don’t walk — AWAY from this place. My car broke down 20 minutes after buying it. They broke multiple laws, reset the system to hide issues, and now refuse to reimburse the $308 tow for a car I barely even drove. Steve the manager is the king of gaslighting — rude, sarcastic, and more focused on deflecting blame than fixing their shady mess. They treated me like garbage after scamming me. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
