Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right

Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Monday 8/25 to Muskegon MI AUDI. Met ZACH. Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit!

Very rude and narcissistic sales team.

Very rude and narcissistic sales team. Had money taken off my trade ins value for damage to the car on there lot. Was charged hundreds of dollars for them to do cheap fix that I could’ve done better myself. Very sketchy, not transparent at all would not recommend.

Premium service prices and now a 3% credit card fee which

Premium service prices and now a 3% credit card fee which cost me an extra $43! I’m going to stop going there for service!!

Purchased a Radiator assy for a vehicle that hit a deer.

Purchased a Radiator assy for a vehicle that hit a deer. My auto had in stock and available. Damage to truck was more severe than first inspection and ended up be a total loss. Tried to return radiator to My auto next day and was charged a $ 60 restock fee. Call several times to speak to a actual person is a challenge and left a message for Paul Miller the parts manager to please call me so I could explain the situation and since it was something they stocked was it fair to charge a restock fee. Will be going to Grand Rapids from now on at least they return your calls. Review would be for the parts department however it is not listed a an option for who I worked with so hence the parts and service director
