Today I purchased a 2018 Tiguan SE. I had the best experience at this dealership. Jeff Garrett sold my husband and I the car and not only did he go through all of the features in great depth, he also gave us the deal we were looking for. He even helped entertain the baby while we went over the agreement. This is my first VW and after this experience, I will definitely be purchasing additional VW's in the future and going to this dealership for service on my new car. I met with the managers to thank them and they were so kind. I've had several friends go to this place as well and they had the same experience as we did. Everyone worked hard and diligently to answer all questions and provided honest answers. The Passat was presented well by Silvia and she took time to show me the functionality and how to use all the new features in my car. Raul made the financing go very smoothly and was not pushy with any add on products. John was very personable and a pleasure to meet. The detail department braved below freezing temps to clean the car inside and out. Robin the cashier and the gentleman I dealt with in parts was very courtesy and helpful. Aaron took time to discuss service and maintenance with me about the Passat.

I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Passat TSI from NALLEY VW, Alpharetta, GA. Mr. Prattes the general manager had sent me an e-mail stating they wanted to purchase my model and year vehicle and would like for me to come in and talk to them. So my husband and I went over on New Year's Day. Sylvia, the sales person who approached us was very personable and courteous. She worked hard to come up with a deal that made us happy. We also appreciated the finance manager Ariel who worked to get our payment where we wanted it to be. Our overall experience was great and we love our new car.

My salesman Sergiy Pasichnyak was the absolute best! He is great to work with and takes the time to go over all the details and answer all the questions. I never felt rushed or pressured working with Serg. He always took my calls and the best part was when he said he would get back to me he did! I absolutely love my new Passat and would have traded in my old Passat sooner if I had known Serg would be there to help make this a wonderful experience. Reggie was absolutely extraordinary to work with! From start to finish, he made the process easy, relaxing, and thorough. I always felt like Reggie had my best interest in mind. He explained everything to me in a way I completely understood and felt comfortable. I love my Audi A5! After purchase, anytime I have questions about my car, Reggie is always there to help me out.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Reggie was super great to work with and is very knowledgeable. I purchased a used Nissan and he went over every aspect of the vechicle, even on our test drive he went over the features as well. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Craig the internet manager was in constant contact with me and while I was in the dealership, checked in on me from time to time to see how things were going which I thought was nice. Great dealership, with a great team of people. Look forward to purchasing my daughter a bug in the future.

Reggie is by far the best sales person I have ever had. He took the time to help my wife and myself understand everything. The car buying experience can be scary but Reggie holds your hand through the whole process. I was nervous about the finance portion but Reggie partnered me with the best finance manager in town (Ryan). Thanks to Reggie I’m happy driving my new VW Atlas. NALLEY VW ROCKS!
