Tried to buy a used vehicle from them and since they were out of town I wanted to negotiate a price before I spent my time traveling and gas money. They refused. I wanted a drive out price and made what I thought was a fair price based on my own market research. They then wanted to know how I arrived at my numbers and claimed that their research was much better than mine. Now to me that was an insult. I guess they don’t want customers that are informed, have cash and excellent credit scores. Will never do business with any 5 Star dealership

bob.bloodworth@gmail.com is my best contact. the best way you can improve is not having your sales people not try to strong arm a customer into making a 200 mile round trip just to get a price. If your price is THE price and you aren’t going to budge, then just say so and I would have moved on. But being told we have to do that face to face to me was not acceptable. I found a dealer willing to negotiate over the phone that we were both happy with and paid him cash today.

Terrible services both time I been there.
I bought my car in for service last Wednesday (June 7, 2023) and as of today Monday night, I can not reach anyone or no one called me. The lady who checked me in drove my car and felt and heard what I was having it service for. Five star ran a diagnostic test on it and want to charge me $200 and claim they did not found anything. I know something is wrong and you all want to get money and have not done anything. You claim if you all could keep my car some days, you would found out what was wrong with it but I been reaching out but no one can tell me anything but get smart with me telling me my advisor called in Friday and he doesn’t know anything and there were no one else I could speak to. Very unprofessional. I been calling daily.
