My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We decided to go and visit Hughes Honda and see what kind of experience we would have. We initially looked at a couple of vehicles then decided on the CR-V. Robert and his floor partner Jesse were excellent in describing all parts of the CR-V and did not in any way make us feel pressured in buying. We waited several days then decided to place a deposit on the vehicle we bought. Overall, we had the best sales experience that I have ever had in a vehicle purchase. Hughes Honda is THE place to go for any of your vehicle needs--super friendly staff, personal attention, concrete knowledge of their products, excellent workmanship, and limited wait-time. I bought my car there, go there for all service and repair needs, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The service department is well staffed with helpful, no pressure personnel. They I'm consistent with the maintenance and have done virtually all of the recommended service, and my 7-year old Odyssey just keeps on going and to date has never been to them for a repair. Bought the vehicle at Hughes, but now live 1.5 hours away from Hughes, and continue to choose them over other service companies that are much closer.

My experience was truly outstanding because Kyle Tubbs is good at his job. I came in looking for a 2014\2015, but as I browsed around and fell in love with the 2017 but was in great doubt that I was not in the criteria to get approved for it Kyle work with me all day literally from 1115am-7pm .., he even ran errands with me lol but he made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me and guess what Im in love with my 2017 Honda accord sI'mrt ..Thanks Kyle you're amazing...I definitely will continue my business with you whether its me or a friend looking for a car..Keep up the good work and Thanks to the entire staff as well, I'm am very appreciative of you guys!!!
