I wanted to take a moment to recognize & thank Stasha

I wanted to take a moment to recognize & thank Stasha Robinson. We live in Nashville (Lebanon) Tennessee. Our daughter has driven an X3 for 8 years, since she was 15 years old. She got her license in the car, drove it all through high school, off to college, and to her new job in Atlanta. It finally blew a head gasket last week while she was alone in a new city, with no alternate transportation, and 4 hours away from family. From Nashville, her mom (me) & dad got busy inquiring with numerous dealerships from Chattanooga, Bowling Green, Nashville & Atlanta. Stasha was the first to respond. Not only the first, but she worked tirelessly with us ALL WEEKEND as other dealerships said “sorry we’re closed”. When we looked at quotes that were too high, she said “don’t count us out”, “I will continue to work on this”. And she did. Our daughter drove away in her new BMW last night, and after closing hours. You have no idea how thankful & relieved we are, being 4 hours away from our daughter. We’ve bought MANY cars in our lifetime and every experience has been DREADFUL. Not only has Stasha changed our car buying experience, but she made our daughters first experience so positive & exciting. Our entire family will be coming to her from Nashville for any/all future car purchases. Sincere thanks, Nancy & Ray

Bought my first BMW.

Bought my first BMW. Tasha Robinson, our sales rep and Thurman, the finance manager were both very helpful, warm and supportive. We felt that we were the needed information to make informed decisions and not pressureddecisions.

From finding the car online to quick communication with the sales department and purchasing through the finance department, the process was seamless and professional. Atik was quick to respond to our initial request online concerning the vehicles and upon arrival, made sure that both cars we were interested in were available. He was also personable and professional throughout the entire process. We also very much appreciated Alex in finance understanding that the end of the day on a Friday and we had driven down from South Carolina and were eager to get home. Well done, gentleman, and we absolutely love the car!

Kevin and Mr Marcus customer service skills and knowledge of BMW product was extremely helpful to me I was a customer for 5 years with BMW and I returned for another 5 years thanks again to Kevin finding me the right car to fix my budget and with Mr Marcus assistance

I cane in for a routine oil change on Sept 16 2025.

I cane in for a routine oil change on Sept 16 2025.I was told I had a leak In the oil pan and it needed to be replaced @..$3775. Mind you, no leaking, no lights indicating any problems prior to my visit. They suggested I dont drive it, " it should be towed" I drove home , by the time I got home it was leaking significantly. I went and had a second opinion. The mechanic looked and found the plug was loosened! I paid him $30 to adjust.plug..I don't trust them. Left several messages for Mgr to return call. No follow up!! Unethical.. Needless to say I waited 2.5hrs for a oil change.. Im riding just fine and holding on to my $3775.. I would NOT recommend taking my car there again or referring anyone to this Showroom...
