Philip and Jason were absolutely wonderful from the beginning. When I first text they were very prompt about getting back to me they helped me with all my questions and even kept in touch with me about the car that I was going to test drive throughout the week because I was unable to get down there during the week. I got down there and the car that I was going to test drive I decided not to go with and went with a whole other car. It was such a pleasant experience and they've been so helpful every single department even down to the finance department with Demond. I'm very happy with my experience and if anybody else has the opportunity to buy from them do it don't second guess.

Orlando was incredibly patient as I took my time comparing different models and trims, and his knowledge about each one made the process so much easier. When buying day came, everything was ready just as promised, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Sold me unnecessary so called protection.

Sold me unnecessary so called protection. Did not provide clear information regarding what was I was purchasing. Some of car fushion product that's to protect my windshield however I have car insurance. Also a protection for my seat. Not a detailed cleaning. Very disappointed. These additional protection cost approx $1600.00 dollars. Money hungry and grimmey....will not do business again with the merchant. andIm reporting incident to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! From Winston Peters my salesperson, to Jason the sales manager, to Grayson the appraiser of my trade-in, and finally to Alex the finance guy everyone was very professional, helpful, and NO pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Our car buying experience at the Nalley Lexus Galleria

Our car buying experience at the Nalley Lexus Galleria dealership was easily five stars due primarily to the efforts of our sales person, Matthew Proubiansky. Our first visit to the dealership came about because of a referral from a gentleman at the Cadillac dealership. Matthew met us and quickly told us of how difficult it might be to get exactly the vehicle we wanted, but added he would keep me posted if one became available. Many weeks later he texted me with a message that the very car I wanted would be coming in sometime in the next month. So I made a deposit to ensure I would have first chance to buy the car if I wished. In the meantime I shopped around and actually began working with a different dealership when they had the car I wanted. Just as I was about the seal the offer elsewhere, Matthew texted me again to let me know that the car I wanted was now on their lot. Matthew worked with me in a professional and confident manner without putting any pressure on me as we worked out the details of the sale. His follow up through the process was refreshing, responsive and thorough. He spent valuable time showing me patiently how to use the various and numerous "bells and whistles" the car had. I have purchased many cars over the years and this buying experience far surpassed other experiences and I believe that was because of Matthew's subtle confidence and knowledge of what he was selling. Thanks, Matt and thank you Lexus for having the car of my dreams in my driveway.

Malleus neat, clean and very well laid out.

Malleus neat, clean and very well laid out. It’s also light and airy and full of wonderful cars. Best of all though are the people. Everyone was cheerful, friendly and anxious to help. Our entire visit was very nice.
