I filled out the application, sent it in, made an appointment the next day, I was in and out in a little over an hour. They put together both a lease offer and a purchase offer. Arrived at 1:30pm for a simple oil change appointment. Told them I would wait for service, but decided to have my son pick me up and take me for lunch. I'll be back in a hour. Assumed it would be close to being done by the time I returned and decided to wait. It was close to 4pm when it was completed. Would not have been dropped back off in waiting room for another 1.5hrs. Communication was slow and would of appreciated the service tech to be up front with me at beginning of the appointment that it would take 2.5hrs from start to finish.
