I have been searching for a used Honda CRV or a new Honda

I have been searching for a used Honda CRV or a new Honda I visited over six Honda Dealerships. Contacted an additional 10 over the phone. I?m glad Mike Hart answered the phone at Courtesy Honda of Palm Harbor Florida. Mike and the rest of the team was very professional and knowledgeable. They wanted my business. I highly recommend that you reach out to Mike when you are searching for a Honda.

We had a great experience for the second purchase of a new Honda at this dealership. They are no nonsense and do not play the normal car buying games the other dealers do. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Axel was amazing.

Axel was amazing. Got me a great deal on the car I wanted. Even gave me a lift back to the dealership after I dropped of my rental.

Very clean nice offices courteous staff.

Very clean nice offices courteous staff. My Salesperson Nick Debeau, explained how leases work. Showed me a number of cars let me drive them. Asked what my goal was for monthly payment showed me the various down payments necessary to get that payment. I had 3 cars I liked to match my criterion discussed all pluses and minuses of all three. Since I have knee and back issues that really helped along with sitting in each making adjustments to seats etc. and driving each. He did not rush me introduced me to Sales Manager who chatted with me made suggestion for another style. Very nice not pushy. Color came into play Nick showed me my options for the three. As I reasoned all considerations I realized which car would be best for me. It was easy for me to eliminate one then another and settle on the 3rd one. Nick then went to Finance Manager so He could run credit and work on getting me a price close to what I wanted and a price for the trade of my present car. Nick came back with figures. He asked if I could make that work and I said yes. Finance Manager sorry don’t remember his name then went over a lot of paperwork which is mind boggling. Told me about other options as add ons to see if I wanted any of those. I signed all. He gave me copy of lease agreement 5 pages of which 2 had the figures on them. Nick cleaned everything out of my office her car and told me to make sure nothing was missing. He then explained the key things I would need to know to get home and said he would like me to come back to go over the other options. I had never had gps before and had a cd player which would need a different cable to reattach. He connected my audio as I am technically not good with these things. I had a bad experience when purchasing my other car both with salesperson and finance person. I told Nick this and he said this will not happen here I will make sure you leave happy! I have been in sales and always made sure my clients were satisfied. I have never leased before either. Nick went above and beyond. He is personable polite and professional. I have now had an opportunity to go over lease contract and would like some explanation on some fees. Sales Manager and Finance Manager both very polite.

Shoutout to Justin who always gets me together. I don?t even have a Honda, but I keep coming back because of the quality of service that he and that Honda dealership provides

Really lives up to their name !

Really lives up to their name ! Courtesy. The sales staff and financing department are very courteous. There is 0% high pressure to buy anything. They truly made purchasing an amazing certified pre-owned car easy.
