Disappointed.
Disappointed. Thought a bolt falling out of my suspension would be covered by a warranty that I paid for. When I had to pay the bill was incorrect. Wrong in my favor drew that to the underclaufied girl at the payment desk. She had no idea what to do. Had to get someone else to figure it out.

I'm disappointed. Love the car I purchased. Feel I'm being taking advantage of. Purchased two extended warranties on this Certified pre owned car. Yet this is the second event that is not covered by anything. The associate was very nice, passionate and comforting. Yet let me know that if I took my car out of there I would have to sign a waiver that they were not responsible for what could happen. Its not his fault- apparently this dealership wants to just make money- not new relationships
