THANK YOU! After visiting other dealers who were only concerned with how much $ i could get financed-- and refused to quote me a price-- it was so refreshing to talk with Chad and make a fair deal. Chad is a great guy, and very accomodating-- even though his Mom was in Hospital. It was a real pleasure purchasing my truck and I will be in touch next year when we upgrade my wifes car.

My Family came to see a Ford Transit Van. There were plenty to look at and decided to purchase one. Our Experience with Chad was more then we expected. He's a fair man who didn'y push a sale and we were so happy to have met him. Chad, Thank you for your service to our Country. Your sacrifice is so much more appreciated than I can possibly express. My Family had been shopping for a bigger Van with more seats and room. We had researched many but the choices are somewaht limited for a sixe we needed. Ceasers had a few and we stopped out during the week but noone was there. There was anote on the door that said " out for family emergency " We left a mesage and Chad called back a few hours later and apologized several times but once he told me what had happened we certainly understood. We came back a few days later and was really impressed with Chad and the few Transit Vans he had. Pretty much the same as the other ones we looked at but it was different also. He took the time to show us around the Van a little and let us take it our for a drive. The price was a few thousand less than others but it wasnt that, It was Chad. He really cared about the needs we expressed and spent almost as much time playing with our kids than talking with us. There was a genuine feel when talking with Chad. He made us comfortable, and better yet our children still can't stop talking about him. " When are we going bacj to him " they keep saying. Anyway, long story, but we really enjoyed our experience and would reccomend him to anyone.

Finally made it to bergen ny! We flew into the airport in Rochester where chad greeted us with a smile, water bottles, and a mini breakfast since it was early. It was just a short 15 minute trip to Ceasars place. We thought it would be bigger since he delivered everything he said and more. The truck was to our suprise a little nicer than chad said. We exchanged $$ and we signed our papers and were on our way. We had our reservations dealing out of state with such a large purchase to us, But everything worked out well. Chad was friendly and real. I think as our business grows we/'' be able to get more trucks from him. It's nice to have someone who you can trust these days.

Caesars came highly recommended by one of our Foreman. He had dealt with caesars before an a purchase. Went in made a deal that was really great for us. We picked up the truck a few days later and everything the salesman said was accurate and true, Since our first purchase we are already working on another with them.

I finally purchased a truck as caesars auto last week. I've lived in the area for quite a few years and always looked but never got seriuous with them. Now, looking back I wish i had a long time ago. Here's what i can say... Just straight good guy to work with and was with me every step of the way. Truck needed some repairs before i purchased. They exceeded my expactations as well as my wifes. There is still something to be said about the smal town feel of working one on one vs a box place i guess. They may be small but know what they're doing. We appreciate all you did for us.

We needed a new Truck quickly. Caesars had it and I went to purchase becuase I knew at the price it was listed it go faster. Sure enough it was sold when we got there. However he said ( Sales manager ) don'y worry, I have another truck same thing just different color that one of the owners was using that day. Problem was I needed it asap to shipped out to Texas for a Job. To my surprse he jumped into action and by the time 3 hours had passed not only did he have truck, We purchased it and Chad was getting readu for a transport out to we needed it. Totally impressed I was with the level of care and concern he puts into his customers; evident while simultaneously working with others as well. Big delivery from a small town type place.

bought truck back in june. had it shipped to southern california. the process took a while for i need financecing. finally had truck shipped to california and it was i wanted and expected. thanks to Ched for helping make it all come together and if i needed another truck I would do business again. thanks

Caesars, particulary Chad, was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure to buy and everything was straight forward. I never once got a bad vibe that there may be something wrong with the vehicle I was interested in. All the documentation, such as the carfax history was made readily available. The vehicle I purchased was exceptionally well maintained and in excellent shape. The brakes needed repair and chad offered to replace them before I could say anything.
