Scam dealer
Worst experience we ever had with simple oil change. The final number changed to double than what I signed. They did not respect the coupon that they sent me in email. Added ‘ shop charge’ without any explanation what it was for. Kelly Nissan Lynnfield is much better dealership than the Woburn location. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Zero star out of 5.

Drive up no appointment
Went in for service no appointment just arrived The staff were very accommodating was able to get the work done same day. Utilized transportation to my office. Phi phi Alan and receptionist all were excellent

The whole place works as a team. I just had my car in for regular service. Everything was perfect. My car was ready as I was told. Alan is super.

Worst experience ever
Very bad customer service. Brought my car for a recall . When I came to pick it up , they told me my hood was little open and they didn’t want to fixed unless I payed $420,00. Told them my car was perfectly fine when I brought and I needed the same way was it. Alan, service manager came in and was very rude, and unprofessional. After leaving the dealer my stop lights was constantly on and ABS light on . They simply massed my car up. Very bad service. I had to bring to my mechanic to get in order again. Never going back to this place again

Don't take the maintenance plan.
They just lost a customer. I should know better than to trust a dealership but I prepaid for oil changes and I was just told that I don't get them if I don't do it on their schedule. Ok so fine, I got taken by a car salesman (shocker!) But when you screw a loyal customer and all you can say is sorry you paid for 3 oil changes you will never get but terms of the contract and do nothing for them. Then you lose that customer and anyone else the customer can convince not to ever shop there.

Unfortunately Nissan maintenance agreements require that you stay with the recommended schedule and they do have an expiration date. We do value your business and if you would like to call our manager when it is convenient, we would be happy to talk about some alternative solutions.
Great Service and Staff!
Kelly Nissan Woburn is the real way all dealerships should be! I arrived today from RI without an appointment and yet they got my car in for service quickly and I was back on the road in about an hour. The service for my oil change and to plug a leaking tire was excellent as the staff are very attentive, thorough and professional.
