Worst customer service

When you tell a customer you took the car for a test ride after service performed you should actually take it for a test ride. The car was dead when i went to get it. They used a jump pack and walked away. The log in and log out mileage was the same as when i got it there. They lied to me they broke something and did not care to fix it. I had to take it to someone for them to place the battery in proper position and clean the terminal that the service department told me was missing. This experience had me at other dealership This weekend test driving cars. I will never purchase another Nissian in my lifetime. 3 people heard my experience and canceled their plans on purchasing a Nissian they are comparing other makes as well. Can i add when i wanted to speak to a manger because i was upset the manger was the rudest manager i ever dealt with. Customer service should be top priority but not at this establishment.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your last service visit. From what we understand we diagnosed your vehicle with a failed battery and you declined to have it replaced at that time which is why it wouldn't start and I believe this was communicated prior to you arriving but I would like to know more, so if you could please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further. I was lied to continually by this person.

Patrick Duggan, Service advisor, Kelly Nissan of Woburn is a liar with no conscience. Car has been serviced at Kelly's twice and the problem is worse than when started. If you have your car serviced at Kelly Nissan you will regret it. Steve Vitale, GM and Alan Teyssedou, Service Director have also lied to me repeatedly. None of these people has a conscience. Expect everything they tell you to be a lie.
