Best car dealership ever

Megan and Erin were so helpful when chosing what car to get amd Jason the finance manager all three made the process so easy for me to drive away with the car the same day.

Best car buying experience

I was looking for a new vehicle and a gentleman named Nick was super nice very easy to talk to. Knew exactly what I wanted. I recommend all my friends to go see him. Worked with a manager named Ian very pleasant as well.

Oil Change

I had an appointment for an oil change and it was done in a timely manner. They rotated the tires and checked other things bringing to my attention filters that needed to be changed. Best of all, they washed the car for me.

great Service

Caroline David and Jason in finance made buying a car very easy, Had a couple things to get down on the car and Caroline took care of them pronto,it was great dealing with them,I will spread there names and the dealership to whom anyone looking for a car GREAT JOB

Good Experience- 9/10

After a rough start with Josue with whom I first discussed details of the car we were interested in and price I was not compelled to do vusi ess with this dealership. He was not pleasant to speak with and when I asked questions responded with belittlement and obtuse redirection. The next day after cancelling out appointment Elizabeth called and did some damage control and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I told her what price point we were looking for and she got it down close enough for us to want to come in and see the car. We arrived and met with Roxkyt,who was very nice, accommodating, honest and not pushu. We liked the car and with Rocky and his manager negotiated a deal we were all happy with. Rocky went above and beyond to make sure the car was everything we wanted. Thomas was very helpful in the finance department. He had a great attitude and explained the process as we went through it. Funny guy. All in all, a 9/10 experience, with the initial contact and treatment being the only downer. I am impressed with Elizabeths handling of it to make us consider coming in, and thankful because it turned out to be the car we were looking for!

Bought 2 new vehicles

Communication could have been better . Was alot of miscomminication about the delivery of one of the trucks. Then about the actual truck. One truck is missing a cover and was missing air cap

Great Experience!

My first time buying at Jenkins was nothing short of terrible, and I swore I would never go back. However, I’m glad I did. Holden Agee was great at getting me an awesome deal, and made sure all of my concerns with the car were taken care of. I also appreciate the communication we have had since the deal. Jayson Butera in finance was wonderful at breaking everything down to me in ways that made sense, and didn’t rush me through the process. All in all, the whole team was great, and made me feel comfortable. I’m glad I gave Jenkins another chance.
