Fast and friendly service

Setting an appoiintment is well worth it here. They are quick and efficient and honor the appointments. Nice waiting area. Coffee is always fresh. Comfortable chairs.

Engine light on

Always treated well. Gas cap seal bad so they replace cap. Called before I came they said bring the car right over. Aiden very helpful.

Taken to the cleaner

I was passing through Ocala and my key got stuck in the ignition, I used to live in Ocala years ago and had my Hyundais (Genesis, 2 Azeras, elantra and currently a Sonata. From what I read in Hyundai forums it's more of a lubrication issue when the car gets stuck in the ignition, However, $500.00 later after replacing the lock cylinder, I called my dealership (Central Florida Hyundai) to price out the job and they were 110.00 cheaper. Appears I was correct with the lubrication issue because after 500.00 and a new lock cylinder and keys, I still have the dsame problem, now I have to waste 2 hours driving to and from this dealership on a problem they did not fix.

My issue was taken care of in a short time

I kept informed about my problem and what was being done.. Everyone was very pleasant. I only remember the person who spoke to me when I went to pick up.. Aaron Fields. He is always so pleasant and concerned over all told to him.

Good, trustworthy service

Everyone I’ve ever encountered at Jenkins Hyundai is very friendly. I appreciate getting the quality of service from the dealership at a better price than taking my car to a quick oil change place. I’m also glad I was only approached once on this recent visit to be asked about the possibility of getting a newer vehicle and I appreciate that when I said no, that was respected. When that time comes, I will definitely be buying another Hyundai and I will buy from Jenkins.

The best purchase I've made of year.

I needed a new vehicle and I contacted this location in Ocala where I found a wonderful young lady by the name of Faith. This young lady was very helpful kind of showed me the best for the money and I purchase a 2018 Santa Fe in the color black. I am forever grateful.
