Bought a Sienna at a wonderful price. Negotiation was fun, and we were happy with the sale. We had some issues with the car the first time we drove it after purchase, and the dealership helped with some repairs. After having our own mechanic do some additional work, the dealership then offered a warranty on the vehicle at cost in case any other issues came up later. This showed us they care about their customers, and they’re not going to leave you high and dry if your new vehicle starts acting up!

Nxcess very professional!!

My wife and I found Nxcess to be very fair, reasonable, and contientious towards our specific criteria. This is our 2nd car from Omar. He is knowledgeable,, specific and extremely professional. Thanks too to Steve, GM and Richard, the owner. We now are the strongest proponent of Nxcess. Ray and Cecelia, Sugar Land.

Buyers BEWARE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Buyers BEWARE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I Purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited back in March. I will note that I bought this Jeep site unseen as I initially found the listing through eBay and was happy to see that it was backed buy a dealership. Gave me peace of mind thinking they would go through the unit to ensure that when it was sold and shipped, there would be no foresee issues…. WRONG!!! Jeep arrived and right off the bat, the check engine light was on (which it was NOT in any of the prior pictures or videos that had been sent to me). And the stereo was LOCKED! It’s a manufacture security feature and the passcode set by the prior owner was needed to even be able to turn on the radio. Again, not mentioned prior to purchase, nor did the dealership have any info to help resolve this matter. I started the jeep, turned on the heat and nothing but cool air was coming out (was not a big concern of mine, but was still another immediate issue). Despite a few hiccups, I took her for a ride and was pretty surprised how bad this drove. The engine seemed ok, but the alignment was all over the place. The vehicle had been lifted and I believe the term “bump steering” was what I had been experiencing. The next day I took the Jeep to my family friend who owns a repair shop to give the Jeep a once over and prepare the truck for inspection. He called me the next day and said, geez where did you get this thing? The check engine light was caused by a faulty Evap Control System but that was the least of my issues. This thing wouldn’t even pass state inspection due to how bad the ball joints and control arms were. The bearings in the control arms were falling out! Hence why the trucks steering was all over the place. At this point I began to lose my cool because I knew number one this was going to get costly to fix, and number two we are now dealing with the issue of safety. I was sold a jeep that was not inspectable, and not safe. All of the above I relayed to the dealership and fell of def ears. Tim (my salesman) passed me along to his manager Edward Luevano who has zero ability to follow through with any of his false promises. Long story short, the total repairs cost me $2,637.35 for all new control arms, ball bearings, and to correct the emissions issues. I was also able to retrieve the passcode to the stereo using an app I purchased online for $5 to unlock the stereo. So, all was looking up. Jeep was driving beautifully, and all was working nicely. I had a great conversation again with Edward, and it seemed like we both understood each other and that some form of fair resolution was going to be made. I asked for $1000 refund to absorb some of the repair cost. He seemed ok with that idea and requested documentation so he could bring it up the chain. I sent him all of my repair invoices and awaited next steps. Two weeks went by and nothing, even though I had called a handful of times, and sent an email. During this time the check engine light went on again, took it to my neighborhood repair shop and was told that now I have a cylinder misfiring and would need a new coil and sparks plugs. This made sense to me because the truck power seemed to be off and was idling differently. Total repairs for this trip to the mechanic = $637.33 and still no working heat. The last issue of “salt on a wound” was when the title arrived 43 days later, and I was assessed a late fee through the registry. Total cost to me in the end? $3,424.33 - AND STILL NO HEAT Don't waste your time buying here.
